Nice quick tasty weeknight supper

I finally decided to make this dish. It was delicious! You couldn’t even tell it was chicken. I followed the recipe, using everything EXCEPT the peppers (whatever they were called). I don’t have a grill (indoor or outdoor) so I fried them on the stove in my cast iron skillet. Came out amazing, tasted amazing, and was super easy. This is a keeper.

This was a great healthy and tasty alternative to typical hamburgers. wuick and easy prep and cooking. The only thing I might change is adding more avocado the next time around.

It was delicious! Although I did swap chicken for bison, doubled the recipe, and tripled the salt, it was still very good!

Great! I added diced onions, it was delicious and easy to make.

Added some siracha to spice it up a little. These were delicious and very easy to make.

Easy to make and cook. I agree with commenters who say it's possibly on the bland size. I added a squirt of Sriracha to the mix to boost flavor complexity but not enough to bring any kind of heat. It really helped. I recommend experimenting with other spices. I freeze these and make them later in the week.

Delicious! Added a tsp of minced onion, but otherwise followed the recipe as written.

very bland. it's a nice concept but you have to add more seasoning

it was very blan. i would suggest adding more seasonin. maybe some cumin and a bit of cayenne or something. really had very little flavor

Great, used a half of a cup of Parmesan chicken flavored Shake and Bake instead, no binding problems. Wife loved it.

These are amazing! And easy to make!

These were delicious and so easy! I had a pound of ground chicken that I was going to use for meatballs, and then I saw this recipe. I omitted the jalapeño, because my family doesn’t like anything too spicy. I did add some dried minced onion, and some of Weber’s Kick’n Chicken seasoning. Cooked on my George Foreman on medium and came out perfect. Served with broccoli tots. 😋

Delicious!! Made it on my cast iron grill on the stove

Did half ground chicken and half ground turkey because that’s all we had and these still turned out great! Definitely recommend

I'd add more seasoning and peppers to kick up the flavor

I loved this recipe only thing i did different was adding some homemade coleslaw on top of the burger.

Flavor was pretty good....I was concerned I didn’t cook long enough though there were some pink spots still. I used outside grill but prob had my heat too high.. slower cooking would have cooked more thoroughly maybe.

Not bad at all. Seemed a bit bland - would touch up with a hair more salt. Also made 5 patties instead of 4. Will make again for sure and boost flavor profile in some way (really liked the jalapeño touch). Cast iron brought beautiful color.

Tastes better after we fried it with olive oil.

Took a little longer than 5 minutes a side as I was using a grill pan, but they turned out great! Not too dry, either.

Added almond flour to outside, burned them. Cook on lower temp

Super easy to make. I thought they would be dry, but they were delicious. Served on Miami Onion Rolls topped with Peach Salsa.

Delicious and moist. I added seasonings I usually use for beef burgers though. And it was a bit hard to tell if the chicken was cooked all the way through.

Well it wasn’t my personal favorite. It was only my first time making so maybe I did something wrong. It didn’t have enough flavor and I didn’t really like the texture. I honestly would just prefer making chicken and putting mashed avocado on top. Overall it was mediocre. P.S. I also put some of a normal chopped onion in it which did make it a little better.

Cooked the burguers in the stove and turned awesome with some extra garlic and a squirt of lemon juice.
