- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 4.5 oz. chopped green chilies (1 can, undrained)
- 1 jar pasta sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., Ragu® Old World Style® or Ragu® Chunky)
- 8 soft taco size whole wheat tortillas (8-in., or flour tortillas)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz., and/or mozzarella cheese)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Brown ground beef with onion in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in chilies and 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce; set aside.
- Meanwhile, evenly brush 1 side of 4 tortillas with 1/2 of the olive oil. Arrange tortillas on baking sheets, oil-side-down. Evenly top with 1/2 of the cheese, beef filling, then remaining cheese. Top with remaining 4 tortillas, then brush tops with remaining olive oil.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve, cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve with remaining Pasta Sauce, heated.
