It was good. It took way longer than recipe directs. I added green onions and red peppers which definitely helped with the flavor. I added a copious amount of salt and pepper but didn't add it to the eggs like I should have. The result was very bland potato base.

Good. But, I’ll use a little less meat. Great otherwise

Delicious. It was a big hit. I added green onions. I served it with salsa on the side for added flavor.

A real crowd pleaser! I double the eggs and add green onions. It travels well and is my go to potluck dish.

It was delicious! However, I would recommend using 6 eggs instead of four, as it is nearly impossible to cover the entire tray with only four eggs. Six does the job nicely. Also, it was a touch bland. I recommend adding salt and pepper to the beaten eggs to give a little more flavor. This is an tremendously easy recipe and we will definitely be making it again!

Pretty good. Probably should’ve gone 50 minutes. But there’s none left!

My husband is in love with this!! He’s already on his second helping! It’s extremely easy too.

I also added chopped bacon to it, because i didn't have enough sausage for the recipe after increasing the servings. This came out really well. Added some spices as well, along with some garlic, and chopped onion. Four stars, just because i think the provided recipe is a little bland, but is easy to fix up to something better.

Very good. Instead of sausage....I had left over meatloaf. Added peppers and onions. Combined all the other ingredients. Tasty.
