My family really likes this! I’m glad because it was a good amount of work. Also, I made it vegetarian. I used Morningstar Farms beef crumbles and purple onions and daiya cheese that melts great. I halved the rice and it was great. I used veggie broth instead of beef broth. They asked me to make it again!
