Pretty good. A bit time consuming to make. I tried one on a cookie sheet as instructed and one on a pizza stone as one reviewer suggested and the cookie sheet was way better! Pizza stone stuck and didn’t cook in the center. But not bad for gluten free!

Great!! The only change I made is that I boiled a fresh cauliflower, removed the water and put it in the processor , accordingly, the cooking time was less.

It's pretty good for a pizza made out of cauliflower. Not stellar. But pretty good. The kids ate it.
