It was super delicious! I heavily seasoned my chicken with what my family likes, and left it to marinate for a few hours!
Definitely could use a bit more seasoning next time but we love it!

After reading the reviews I decided to kick up the intensity of the flavors in this dish. I added extra garlic, salt and pepper, used sharp cheddar cheese, and replaced some of that cheese with parmesan. I replaced a little of the milk with half-and half. I also parboiled the broccoli to be sure it would be cooked enough. And I topped the dish with garlic and black pepper french fried onions (the kind you would put on the classic green bean casserole). The casserole came out very creamy and rich, with good flavors -- sort of a grown-up mac and cheese. My family liked it and if I was to make it again I might try adding some other enhancements, like dry mustard.

It’s really good but it didn’t look much like the picture. The color wasn’t the same at all. Not sure if that’s my fault or not, I followed the recipe to a T. Also not super important, but when I put the recipe into a calorie counting app it said there were 500 calories per serving. Again, not super important but if you’re counting calories like I am I thought it might be helpful to know.

It's missing something, it tastes like hamburger helper. Probably a good recipe for kids.

It was good. I didn’t want to cook it all in one pan so did the pasta separately and added the broccoli about 3 minutes before the end. Cooked the onion and garlic first then added the chicken cooking it in the stock and milk, but not too much, adding more as necessary. I also added some chilli flakes and mixed in the pasta and broccoli when done. Added the cheese and that allowed me to add more milk to get a good consistency. I’ll definitely make this again.
