I cut this recipe in half because there were only 4 of us eating. I should have made the full recipe. My husband kept coming back for bowl after bowl after bowl. It is very yummy. I added diced onions. It was the perfect dish on a cold day in February,March, and April in Michigan

Good/will make it again

I made the recipe as is, only I added two more cups of cheese at the end. It really hit the spot on a stormy winter night! The only thing is I'm not sire how big of a skillet the author has, but I have a 12" enamled skillet and there was no way the ingredients were going to fit in it. You'll need a dutch oven or a saute pot to fit everything, about 5-6 ct pot. I used my 6 qt cast iron dutch oven and it seemed to do the job. I love that there's minimal prep, so it's not exhausting to make on a weeknight.

Very tasty. Used 3 cups of noodles based on previous reviews to help soak up water. Also added 1 small onion and 1 green pepper and substituted Worcestershire sauce for soy sauce. Turned out great. Not overly hard to make but easily took an hour. Will make again.

It was so good! I used a large jar of pasta sauce rather than than tomatoes and it was amazing!

Great, needed more noodles though

Very tasty. I used rotini and two cups (uncooked) was not enough. Also I used only 1.5 cups of water.

added the whole bag of cheese instead of 1 cup but was amazing

The meal was quick and easy and was a tasty alternative to spaghetti. I added a green pepper to mine which turned out to be a great choice. Enjoy!

Very yummy! I used three 10 oz Rotel cans of diced tomatoes - 2 regular and 1 hot. Only added 2.5 cups of water and transitioned the cooked beef and garlic from the skillet to a large pot so I had enough space.

This came out really well. It was definitely better on day 2 too. Kinda wish we had more leftovers to eat.

We loved it. Would have rated it a 5, but it was so filling we were absolutely miserable after we had just one bowl! LOL It is on our "Make Again" list. Thanks, Yummly, for another good recipe.

Really was good and kids loved it! Only reason I didn't give
it a 5 is that it is a little salty. Beware of the tbs of seasoned salt and soy sauce together. Next time I will only use 1/2 tbs of the seasoned salt.

Pleasantly surprised with how tasty this turned out! I added onions and green pepper to the beef as it finished browning. I will definitely be making this again!
