  • 1 slice bacon (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 3/4 milk (warm)
  • 30 grams cream cheese (diced)
  • 30 grams mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (strong, grated)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 kilograms frozen corn (previously defrosted)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat. Add the butter and garlic. When the butter melts, add the flour and cook for 1 minute.
    3. Add the warm milk and stir until it thickens. Lower the heat and add the cheeses, one by one, until they melt. Add the paprika and the corn.
    4. Pour onto a lightly greased glass baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese turns golden on the surface.
