First time I’ve made a scratch recipe cheese cake since 2001. It was easy to make. And I made it for my 49th Birthday which is Valentine’s Day. Instead of fruit I added semi sweet chocolate chips and I’ll be chopping up pecans and making a caramel sauce to drizzle on the top. I’ll write another quick review stating how good it was.

This turned out so good! Made it for my husband's 50th birthday. He loved it!
