You need an acquired taste to like these

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to making this. SOOoooo much work with little guidance. Like the temp for the oven was missing or maybe I didn't see it because of all the non-related text and ads. I skipped putting them in the oven altogether and added flour to fry them.

It was yummy. Great child-friendly dish.

Please don’t call these a tortilla....anything but. Perhaps a pancake? I will make them again however it will be thicker, more like a pancake or patty and I will incorporate finely chopped green onion.
More importantly when I want a recipe I want the ingredients and directions together. I did not appreciate scrolling through ads and someone’s ego rambling on. If this is indicative of layout and presentation of all your recipes this site is not for me!

tasted like a pancake.....worked well for me personally...but pit a bit of coconut oil on both side while in the oven

I enjoyed these. I'm in phase 1 of Ideal Protein and was really missing tacos and burritos. There's just something about wrapping food in another food. Anyway, these were compatible with my diet and did the trick. My only suggestion is to avoid filling these with wet ingredients. They will start to crumble when they get soggy.

I’m not sure if I did something wrong but these were not what I was expecting. It did not look anything like the picture. I didn’t care for the taste either.

This was very easy to make and stayed together better than corn tortillas!

I was totally surprised by these tortillas.
Absolutely great. Next time I'll add 2 cloves crushed garlic they'll go great with a indian curry.

Pretty good but tastes a bit like an omelette

This recipe was fun to make, but it turned out a bit more crumbly than I would have liked. I used a smoothie machine instead of a food processor, so I had to add a cup of water to the cauliflower, and I tried to dry out the cauliflower=water mixture by boiling off the water and squeezing it through two face cloths. For the most part, the mixture got dry. However, perhaps with dry cauliflower in a food processor and a cheesecloth, I would have been able to get more of the water out, and maybe that would have made the egg hold the mixture together better, so that it would be less crumbly. I used parsley instead of cilantro because my partner doesn't like the taste of cilantro. I will try this recipe again with a proper food processor.

These are more like a flat baked cauliflower egg omelette . Still pretty good and no carbs nonetheless.

These are awesome! So filling too! And if you fail in your first attempt like I did - it can be turned into a wonderful 'rice' dish

It was perfect i followed instructions and this is such a nice different recipe for all of us who are always on a diet and don't feel like eating carbs

Not a huge fan.... ended up rather average. Could it be that no water needed to be squeezed from my cauliflower? Hmmm.... maybe the cauliflower I bought was dry??
