Loved it. Unfortunately I didn’t have any leeks so I used a little bit of chopped butternut squash. Delicious! Will make it again.

Loved it have made it a few times for dinner so simple after a big day at work. 💕 to do a spin on it I cooked a bit of chicken breast and blitzed it also..
