It was okay. A little bland. I also used coconut oil instead of ghee. The kids didn’t love it. Tasted better the next day. It’s a nice dish but I wouldn’t call it Biyani.

This was a hit with the family. We didn't have clarified butter but used coconut oil instead. Worked great!

Probably wont fool my Indian friends, but spicy, fragrant, delicious AND healthy for lunch this week!

This was very tasty but a little salty. I usually cut the salt by half In most recipes and I wish I had with this one. Next time I'll eliminate it from the spice mixture for the chicken. I used one jalapeño and it was the perfect amount of spice combined with all the other spice.
