Delicious! I changed it a bit by adding chopped carrots and celery to the onions and a bit more garlic. I also substituted vegetable broth for water and used water to thin only. Blended in tarragon and topped off with garlic croutons. Fabulous!

Love this soup! I added some carrots, celery, potatoes, and butternut squash I had on hand, and instead of chili powder I used paprika. It turned out amazing and I will definitely make it again!

Average I think there was too much lemon in the recipe. I tried 1/2 cup nonfat half and half tho smooth it out a little.

Was ok, not a lot of flavor, added a little bacon, was a little better. If I made it again I would roast the cauliflower in the over then add to soup.

Nice recipe, easy to follow but needs more flavour...

Good but not much flavor.

YUM!! Who knew cauliflower could make it so creamy!

Fantastic definitely doing it again

Delicious and easy to make! I added fresh rosemary with the thyme and a coarse smoked Alder wood salt.

I added a tsp of Ras El Hanout & Tumeric instead of the chili.
I loved this recipe. Have thought of adding a spoon of plain yoghurt at serving as a garnish, but fine as is.

Ok not much flavor. Hoping the toasted almonds help.

Such an easy recipe to follow with the tastiest results. The toasted almonds add delightful smoke and texture to the soup. I keep coming back to this recipe!

The soup was awesome. It’s all gone. Definitely will be making it again. Thanks,

I loved this recipe! Because I have carnivores in my household, I added some Italian sausage to the soup and it was delicious! I love how creamy it is without any dairy. The lemon juice gave me pause but it adds a nice, unexpected lightness to the soup.

A bit too lemony, will add less next time.
I also did not add thyme.

Terrible, very bitter from the leeks and lacks flavour. The almonds do not go at all with this recipe either.

Alright, was a little bitter

Yummy! Would modify needs more flavor

Made it for the family as I’m not big on “onion-y” flavor. But, I liked it! The leeks ended up mild with a bit of a celery taste.

We weren't all that fond of this. It certainly wasn't a substitute for potato leek soup. In addition the lemon gave it a citrus flavor that didn't work well with the cauliflower. I won't make this again.

It wasn't bad, but not my favorite. As another reviewer suggested, I used veggie stock instead of some of the water. I would make it again if I had some leeks I needed to use up, but I think I'd adjust it to make it a bit creamier, Maybe add in some potatoes or cashews to purée with it?

Very good. Used 3 garlic and vege stock instead of water.

I really liked this! My husband and daughter who's 11 liked it too! It was creamy and tasty. The only thing was in the directions it said to add half of the thyme, almonds, salt and pepper, but there was no amount listed. so that was a bit unclear. I like it all explained in exact amounts to me, however this was really good!!!

Brought it to a potluck dinner and everyone loved it. Especially the toasted pumpkin seeds. Will do again!

Ok....maybe I did something wrong but I found it erred slightly too much on the leek side and was a bit bland. I added coconut milk and ground coriander seed and gave it a Thai flavour.

I really loved this soup. The combination of the leeks and cauliflower was fantastic! I would definitely make this soup again.
