Delicious. Added more seasoning like cumin and all spice to bring out more flavor and no eggs. Ate it with grilled fish and plantains. Can’t wait to make again.

So fast to make. Made it in 20 and made my girlfriend try it, said she loved the rice. I laughed and told her it wasn't rice, that it was cauliflower. Her jaw dropped. Great recipe. Thanks.

Easy to make. It was so delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. Great side for a chicken dinner. Recipe make a very large serving.
