Simple and delicious. I've made a few variations. Add a maple syrup drizzle near the end for some added sweetness. I've also added roemary to give a more savory flavor

It was easy to prepare and delicious. Only thing I added was crispy bacon bits at the end. Will make this again!

Excellent! But use pumpkin spice and a splash of orange juice to give it an extra special zing! No red pepper flakes for me!

Delicious! But I used regular butter instead of coconut oil.

Was wonderful!!! Husband & kids agree will be a regular side for us. I did cook a raw butternut squash in oven 60 min at 415 degrees before making this. Then added seasoning per recipe plus Mrs Dash. Sprayed w/ vegetable oil when grease was absorbed to flip & took about 20 min to caramelize.

Perfect! I add honey with it and it was so sweet. Easy and quick to do, really ideal if you want to eat vegetables.

Good, used red pepper flakes and smoked paprika for a spiceg flavor. Will try using a bit of brown sugar next time

Wonderful every time, pre-cut is worth it.

Not a very good recipe because it’s too general. The squash needs to be cubed pretty small, maybe 1/2-inch cubes in order to tenderize in 10-12 minutes but the recipe doesn’t specify that. High heat meant my squash browned before it was done. I ended up just sticking it in the oven and letting it roast. This is a basic recipe. Will require cook’s personal modifications.

It was very refreshing to have something different. I added garlic powder to give it a punch. I enjoyed it.

Yumm-o! I used olive oil instead and a little bit of a heavy hand on the salt but it’s tasty!

Best recipe ever will make again using Cayenne pepper

Good but didn’t take on the inherent sweetness of carmelized foods

Love this recipe! The butternut squash came out nice and crispy.

Replaced Pepper flakes with VERY light dusting of cayenne pepper. Family loved it.

I think that it turned out pretty good but I think that it needed more time for it to get tendered because some of the pieces were still too chewy.

Pretty good... next time will try with a spicy honey drizzle

My skillet was too hot on high and my squash was burning so i turned it down some.

Good, but added some bacon maple ham to the cooked squash and added a red potato
