This is AMAZING. I used angel sweet tomatoes (small) and put them in a food processor so they were easier to put in the breast. I made extra marinade for the tomatoes (olive oil, salt, lemon juice, dried basil, garlic) and poured it over the breasts before baking them. I’ve already made it twice. Delicious!
