I’ve made this multiple times now. I love it. Sent it to my mom who is Cajun, her and her grandkids loved it too!

Awesome! Switched cajun seasoning with Old Bay. Left out mayo and used cheddar cheese and italian bread. My friends and I really enjoyed it.
