Description
Though we often think of bread pudding as a dessert, this savory version, made with Swiss cheese and onions as well as warm spices, makes a satisfying meatless main dish. You can assemble it ahead a day or two if you like, and bake it just before serving. The recipe is a Yummly original created by David Bonom.
