Easy to make, quite thin but spongy or crumpet like texture. Yummy.
I will try it again.

I've been searching for a perfect pancake recipe for years. I really like the consistency of the batter with this one, and really appreciate that the recipe is in grams- seriously, mL is the worst. However, the flavor isn't quite there. Be sure to use high quality buttermilk because ours overpowered the flavor of the pancake and made it quite sour (yes, I smelled the carton beforehand....)

Amazing! Followed the recipe exactly, except, I didn’t add oil. Turned out delicious and I WILL make these again.

These were great - very fluffy because of the softly beaten egg whites folded in. I forgot the oil, probably because I am used to adding melted butter, and it didn't need it...but I did use butter and oil to cook them up, so that probably added enough fat. Didn't use quite the full amount of sugar because it seemed too much. Although I strayed just a bit from the original recipe, it didn't matter, because these were delightful.
