Description
Brownies without the box. You can dress these brownies up anyway you like, dusting them, frosting them, or eating them plain. The walnuts add a hearty crunch and a unique flavor to the chocolate. The hardest part is waiting for them to come out of the oven.

- 200 grams chocolate
- 200 grams butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 5 eggs
- 80 grams walnuts (chopped and toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. Add the sugar little by little, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and cool. Gently fold in the eggs. Stir in the flour and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, until firm.
