- 1 groundnut (dessertspoon, or other flavourless oil)
- 2 oz. walnuts (roughly chopped)
- 3 tomatoes (medium-sized ripe, red)
- 3 inches cucumber (piece, cut into small dice, no need to peel)
- yellow pepper (or 1 small red, deseeded and diced)
- 1 dessert apple (red-skinned, washed, cored and finely chopped, no need to peel)
- 3 spring onions (finely chopped, including the green parts)
