This was incredibly easy, tender, and just the right amount of seasonings. my husband who generally stays away from very chewy meats loved this recipe. we will make again. i did adjust the time as my steaks were about 1.5 instead of 2.5. i also adjusted the seasoning a bit since the meat was not as big as recipe.

The seasoning was good but my steak was well done :(
The broil time should be cut in half and do not bake it afterward

True perfection! Just make sure your steaks are 8 inches below the broiler outlet. The first time I made this I had the pan too high and they got well done instead of my favorite medium rare.

Awesome sauce!!! Best homemade steak ever. i used a cast iron skillet and bone-in New York's for the added flavor!
