- 5 chicken tenderloins (cut into 1-inch cubes, uncooked)
- 1 cup white rice (uncooked OR instant rice, different types of rice will yield very different cook times. I used sushi rice. Due to the number of folks who have tried this recipe & still say their rice is crunchy, I highly suggest you use instant rice)
- 2 1/4 cups whole milk
- 10.75 oz. cream of chicken (can of)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets (thawed)
- 1 3/4 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 Ritz Crackers (sleeve, crushed)

Baked for an hour after reading reviews of rice being uncooked. Crackers burned, rice was still uncooked. Shouldnt list white rice if you need instant. I would have bought instant if I knew I needed it. Flavor was fine, not amazing.

It was delicious and I just added crushed chicken bouillon cube, tsp garlic powder, and a tsp of black pepper 🤤

It turned out amazing! I used the sushi rice.. as was suggested. I only used 2 cups of milk not 2 1/4 and I used six tenderloins instead of 5. I also used some lemon pepper seasoning. Delicious! I will definitely be making it again.

Really good flavor and actually freezer-friendly for leftovers. Would recommend using a fast cooking or insta-rice with this recipe.

Turned out delicious! I modified it a bit with my own seasonings for the chicken and then water boiled it before hand in chicken broth (juiciest chicken and very flavorful when cooked like this). Also precooked the rice so I didn’t need all the milk the recipe called for I used 1.5 cups highly recommend seasoning everything and cooking chicken and rice before combining it all and then throw it in the oven for 20-30 mins.

It was really good, my husband actually said it was tasty, which says it’s better than his usual O.K., I did use instant rice, and added green pepper and onion, which I sautéed, also seasoned the chicken. Oh added sliced baby portobello, and topped it with seasoned stuffing mix. Yummy. I did get this from another reviewer.

I added bacon bits, a packet of ranch dressing, and some Mrs Dash garlic & herb. The casserole was awesome!

A lot of work for a small portion and the amount of time. However, very delicious. It was gone in 20 minutes!

This has become a regular dinner in our house! We recently tried it with cauliflower rice instead. I would suggest doing a 1:1 ratio of cauliflower rice and regular rice though. The cauliflower does not soak up the milk, so the chicken wasn’t fully cooked and everything was very soupy. We added rice at that point and cooked it another 10-15 minutes and it ended up very good! The rice was a little crispy and the cauliflower gave it a healthier weight to it.

Turned out really good. However, I tweaked recipe a little. I seasoned chicken with seasoned salt, pepper and garlic salt and browned both sides on the stove. I then cut it up into small pieces. I cooked the broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes and then salt and peppered them. I mixed all ingredients together and then cooked as directed.

This was good. I made some changes. I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. I browned my chicken, and cooked my broccoli a little before mixing it in. I used 1.5 cups of uncooked Jasmine rice. I also added a can of cream of chicken and mushroom and 2 cups of cheese. I also used club crackers instead of ritz because that’s what I had at home! The casserole cooked completely in 45 min.

I flowed the direction exactly. It wasn’t bad, but I feel I need to add a lot more spices to it. I will try it again with my ow twist next time. Thank you for a great idea!

Turned out really good. I made this on the day we moved to our new house and needed to feed a crowd without a fully set up kitchen and without a whole bunch of sides. This was delicious, easy, and I received many compliments on it.

I used regular long-grain white rice and, just as the instructions warned, the rice came out crunchy. I put it back in the oven for another 40 minutes and that fixed it. The flavor was still a little bland, so I sprinkled on some pasta/pizza seasoning

It was delicious. I did season my chicken before baking and I would probably undercook my rice before putting it with the rest of the ingredients.

It was amazing! I seasoned and baked my chicken first then proceeded with the recipe. I also used cauliflower rice instead of regular rice. 😁

Very easy recipe and you can always add whatever ingredients you want. A few changes i made based on other reviews. I precooked everything; rice, chicken, onions, green peppers. Then mixed all of the above with mushrooms and broccoli. I added cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup milk and 1 can of condensed soup. Instead of crackers, i used pre made stuffing and baked for 30. Soooooooooo delicious.
