- 1 lb. meatball mix (master pork meatball mix)
- 1 tsp. dark brown sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp. fresh sage (or 1/4 teaspoon dried sage)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions
- In a mixing bowl or stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Combine the master pork meatball mix with brown sugar/maple syrup, sage, thyme, red pepper flakes, coriander and nutmeg and blend to combine.
- Follow the steps for browning/cooking in the master pork meatball mix and serve in red-eye gravy or cream gravy.
