- 6 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 Italian seasoning
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 garlic powder
- 2 parsley (dried)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (or substitute 1/4 cup white wine vinegar and 1/4 cup chicken broth, Lemon Butter Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (Lemon Butter Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream (Lemon Butter Sauce)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped, Lemon Butter Sauce)
- 2 garlic (minced, Lemon Butter Sauce)
- 1/2 lemon zest (Lemon Butter Sauce)
- 1/2 cup butter (cut into cubes, Lemon Butter Sauce)
- parsley (for garnish, Lemon Butter Sauce, optional)

Directions
- In a bowl place eggs and milk and beat together.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, seasonings.
- Dip pork chops into egg coating both sides and then into breadcrumb mixture. Coat well.
