Not a fan of the tomato paste flavor. Temp and time made a perfect fall of the bone meat.

will make it again and again. used canned roasted tomatoes instead of paste. killed it!

Nom nom nom! 😋 I switched it up and cooked it in a crock pot on low overnight, and my family LOVED it.

One of the best roasts I’ve ever had

Followed the recipe exactly. Turned out tender and moist, but I will add some salt & a little bit of heat to the sauce next time.

dont use an air roaster. it cooks too fast. 3 hours and mine was dry at the same trmp with the sauce crusted. added salt and remade the sauce from scratch for a rescue. was ok

I followed the recipe exactly and it needed to cook much longer

It was very good! I’m just not very good at foil tents so it did leak out 🤷🏻♀️

Great! Easily pulled apart very tender!

the entire family agreed it was the best roast we've ever had!

This is amazing and fell apart easily with my small set of tongs.. It didnt specify what type of onion to use so I used a red onion. I also used a deep Pyrex dish (the actual name i've forgotten) with a glass lid. I then tightly wrapped the lid with tin foil to keep the heat from escaping through the edges. I cooked the 2.24lb center arm cut chuck roast at 355f for 3hours. fork-a-part tender and the sauce is delightful.

Used Crockpot. turned out great. good flavor

Turned out super moist and tasty! Instead of baking the roast, I put it in the crockpot for 7 hours on low. I added a little beef broth to base of crockpot, and added a few dashes of worchestershire sauce to recipe for taste. Yummy!!

Still baking it in the oven

The heat index was over a 105 degrees today so there was no way I was going to turn on the oven. So instead, I did this recipe in the slow cooker. DELICIOUS! The only thing I omitted from the recipe was the allspice because I don't like the taste and added some salt and garlic powder. I also used a boneless chuck roast since that is what I had on hand. Everything else was true to the recipe. The meat was falling apart soft and the sauce was great simply spooned on top. Even my niece and nephew, who refuse to try 95% of the things I love to eat, loved this dish and had seconds.
