- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 pkg. knorr italian sides - four cheese bow tie
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Directions
- Bring water, milk and Spread to the boiling point in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides - Four Cheese Bow Tie and sun-dried tomatoes. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes. Add shrimp and continue boiling 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and pasta is tender. Stir in spinach.
