i doubled the recipe, and let it marinade 3 hrs. It should go overnight. recipe call for on 30 minutes. i also added mushrooms and fresh basil. It came out good but there is some tweaksthat Istill need to do. I'llkeepyou posted

this was great. goes great with a ride side. maybe add teriyaki, but not sure how that would work with the soy and sesame oil
