- 400 grams ground beef
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 2 stalks celery (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 500 grams spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- 8 Tbsp. Parmesan (grated)
- 200 grams cheese (gouda, cubed)

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the carrot, onion, celery, and garlic. When the onion becomes transparent add the beef and cook until separated.
- When the beef changes color add a little salt and pepper and add the marinara sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the gouda cheese with the spaghetti and meat sauce in a pan. Serve onto individual plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
