Made this with tenderloin. Turned out excellent. Will definitely make this again. Next time I will add a little less water when making dipping sauce though. Would have been even better if it was slightly thicker.

Went to Vietnam earlier this year, and this took me straight back. All the flavours work together perfectly! The onions really are just as good as they are made out to be! Thanks for this great recipe!
