Tasted quite good. Fam liked them. It is a much different cooking experience from an egg pancake, so I was definitely winging it. Next time will be easier. I also made 1.5 the recipe and followed the directions (little less than 1/2 cup per pancake), and only got six pancakes out of the batch. They’re thicc, mind you, but definitely wasn’t going to yield the 9ish pancakes I initially expected.

Made this today! Was able to get six pancakes out of the mix. I added 3 Tbsp of vanilla, a dash of cinnamon and added a little water, because mix was kind of thick. I also used fresh blueberries and put them right in the mix. The pancakes were really good and I will be making them again! The non-vegans in my house liked them too. Thanks

Halved the recipie but kept the ratios the same, apart from adding a little extra milk. I'll be honest this just really didn't do it for me, I didn't find them to be esp fluffy, tho maybe they were then a little too runny? Blitzed it in the Vitamix, which i often do for pancake batter so again that could be the cause. Flavour was fine, and the blueberries meant it could actually take less/maybe no sugar, probably won't make again as have had more success with other recipies. For me halving it made 5 pancakes so another sign i probably made them too thin

delicious! found the batter was thick so added more almond milk to thin it out a bit but keep it fluffy enough

Turned out perfectly! Even my hubby couldn’t tell the difference and loved them. I did add egg replacement for extra fluffiness

These were the best vegan blueberry pancakes I’ve ever made! Honestly and I’ve used several recipes. Thank you for sharing!

It was over the top good! Changes I made:
I used milk and olive oil. Half large fresh blueberries and half frozen banana chunks. I topped with homemade blueberry pomegranate syrup and a dollop of lemon curd. Didn’t need butter. This is a keeper!

Delicious and simple, a great way to start the weekend. Did make a modest serving though. I think I was able to make 5 normal sized pancakes.

The author makes it out in her blog like she discovered vegan pancakes. She of course, did not. Its not a new or revolutionary idea. This is a standard vegan pancake, nothing special. It worked really well for me though. Fluffy. Made 5 small pancakes. Replaced blueberries with 1 largish banana. Always a good time, regardless of the recipe.

Added the blueberries into the batter. They cooked perfectly but did brown more than I'd like so next time I'll be lowering the heat

Quick and easy to make. My family couldn't tell they were vegan!

They were amazing. The blueberries made it so sweet and tasty! An alternative could be to use chocolate drops or grated chocolate instead of the blueberries? Great recipe, thank you.

Amazing, I substituted soy milk too. Just allow them time to cook nicely.
