Lovely!! Very spongey! Works just fine with less baking powder, I used 1 1/2 tablespoon instead of 2 because I felt it was too much, probably works as fine with only 1 tablespoon too. Very quick and easy to make!

Nice, fluffy pancakes. I saw someone suggested adding cinnamon to the batter; wonderful addition 👌🏼

These were very good! I was surprised that the recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of baking powder, however once I added it and combined the ingredients I realized that this is what helps them get so light and fluffy. I added the blueberries to the batter and it was still very good. I rinsed the blueberries and let them drain in a colander so they wouldn't turn the batter blue. 😉

This recipe is so easy and I use gluten-free flour And I made brown sugar out of molasses and coconut sugar and they came out fantastic
