- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- worcestershire sauce (splash)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cook onion in 1 tbsp evoo until translucent and then add garlic – remove from heat and allow to cool
- In a large bowl, combine: pork, beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion-garlic mixture, salt and pepper
