SO GOOD! I’d say lighten up on the butter, but otherwise this was by far the best blackened salmon recipe I’ve tried!!

The BEST salmon recipe I've ever made. Period. It's has a kick to it, but it's not overly spicy - after all, it is blackened seasoning which naturally has a spice to it.
I've made salmon about 20 different ways and my wife loves all of them. But we both agree, this is our new favorite. Many other salmon recipes seem to top the salmon with flavor without infusing itself with the meat. This recipe infuses the salmon with flavor all around!
Make it exactly as the recipe states and you'll have salmon that tastes like it came from a 5 star restaurant.

Absolutely stunning recipe. Very easy and quick. I would 100% make it again and recommend it to everyone. Don’t believe the previous reviewer, I was generous with the spices and it’s not spicy at all. Wonderfully flavourful. Don’t skip the butter sauce too! It’s heavenly when it melts on your salmon. I served it with rice and tenderstem broccoli

Very good but very spicy. Use less cayenne for a milder taste. I cooked it in the oven at 325 F for 25 minutes. I didn’t make the butter sauce instead I squeezed fresh lemon juice over the salmon once cooked. I will make it again.
