OMG these are good! Made them with medium cheddar cheese. Followed the measurements exactly and YUM. I was thinking they would need more butter/cream/cheese to be tasty. But nope. Ate them with some fresh green beans and will be trying them with other steamed or roasted veggies.

Wow, this is really Delicious . I left out the salt & cheese, still delish...& cooked for an extra 6 minutes in microwave because my cauliflower was large. Thanks for the recipe, can’t make it without my potatoes..Lol

I made this last night, split it between my mom and I and we LOVED it! I am definitely making this again, as soon as possible :)

These were delicious and very easy. I substituted 3 oz cream cheese for the sharp cheese and added 1 more tablespoon of butter since doing keto. I will be making them again and using as a base recipe to build on.

Ok but defiantly tests and has the texture of cauliflower. No fooling the kids here. I liked it but hubby and kids were not thrilled.

I made this last night instead of mashed potatoes. I think it was a good healthy substitute. My boyfriend really loved it. I think there was something too sweet for me in it, and I wonder if it was the heavy cream. I may attempt whole milk instead next time. Or half and half.
The consistency was good though. It looked and smelled like mashed potatoes.
