Very soft and moist on the inside, maybe it’s my oven?
I would try it again perhaps on a lower heat (275) for a longer amount of time (50 minutes) it did brown on the outside but was very eggy and squishy in the inside, even after adding 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes

Great when you don’t have cream cheese or mascarpone. Add 1/2 tsp psyllium husk for fibre. Top with sesame seeds before baking.

Excellent. No adjustments. Loved it

This is the best recipe for Oopsie bread I've tried yet. I substituted about 3 1/2 ounces of cream cheese instead of the sour cream, that's just what I had on hand; it was wonderful!!

Easy enough to make. An electric mixer is a must for the egg whites. End results were a very light and fluffy bread. Almost like a melt in your mouth texture. Not a hearty bread.
