    very delicious and moist. But i didnt add all the sugar, oil and cinnamon it asked for, seems too much for those ingredients

    I made 4 mini loafs with this recipe and it turned out perfect. I didn’t have enough zucchini so I added carrots it was so very moist and very delicious. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

    this recipe is the best. my kids loved it and i sliced one loaf and put it in the freezer and it is so good and great to have a slice when ever and it keeps longer.

    I got to share this tasty treat with my friends, and I received good feedback. A couple modifications I made: (1) I peeled the zucchini skin off and then grated (2) I only used 1 1/2 cups of sugar (3) I did not add walnuts. Next time I bake zucchini bread, I might only do 1 cup sugar and add chocolate chips :)

    The recipe is “The Best Zucchini Bread ever “ Wanting to reduce calories but not flavor, I substituted 1 1/2 c of Stevia with 1/2 c sugar and equal amounts of applesauce for the oil. Turned out Awesome!! Very moist!!

    Not the best. I don’t know if it was my fault. It needed at least 20 minutes more cooking time and was still very mushy on the inside. Crispy on the outside. Tastes good though

    Made a double batch from garden zucchini given to us by a neighbor. FANTASTIC!. Easy to make also. I followed a suggestion from another recipe to place a sheet of parchment on the bottom of each loaf pan and spray with oil. I didn’t spray the sides, just the paper. After loosening the sides all four loaves popped out easily. My wife is very picky with zucchini bread and she LOVED it!

    Omg! This zuccini bread is amazing! Very moist and flavorfull. In my second batch I added dried cranberries for that extra touch. Turned out delicious!

    definitely a favorite around my house! recipe is great! omitted walnuts due to allergy reasons and still turned out perfect!
