Good recipe! I made four small bread tins. We froze one, shared two and ate one immediately! Nobody guessed it had zucchini as a main ingredient! This is my new goto zucchini recipe! Made this recipe a second time today substituting pecans! Love this!

I had a recipe for zucchini bread that I made for years. I couldn’t find it so I went to Yummly and found this one. Absolutely loved it. I added some wheat germ and used sugar replacement. I’m not going to look for my old recipe:)

Wanted to make this with brown sugar...but I didn't have brown sugar, so I made my own (1 tablespoon of molasses per cup of sugar for equivalent of light brown sugar).

Excellent recipe. I did add a pinch of ginger and nutmeg and replaced the suger with coconut sugar. One thing that the recipe didn't mention, let the shredded zucchini sit for 10-15 minutes and gently squeeze out some of the excess liquid, this will prevent your batter from becoming too wet and not baking properly.

It is fabulous. I made it exactly as the recipe instructions. The best zucchini bread I have ever made. It is tender and moist and my very picky husband has eaten 2 slices already. This is a “keeper” recipe for sure. Oh sorry, I did leave out the nuts as my husband cannot eat them.

We absolutely love this bread! It goes so quickly in our house. I make a minor substitution: instead of oil, I use apple sauce. So yummy!

This bread ticked all the comfort food boxes for me. Soooooo yummy!! 😋 😋 The family devoured it, with many oooh's and aaah's 😄😄
As sweet as a cake, with the density of a nutty bread. Lots of potential for adding your own bits of deliciousness, but perfect the way it is if your aren't as adventurous yet.

Excellent! Added mini chocolate chips and made into cupcakes rather than a loaf pan. Everyone loved it. This will be my go-to recipe.

This was sooooo good! I would it the sugar down a smidge tho very sweet. But binded very well together. I added Choc chips and dried cranberries. Yum!

We loved it. We used standard size loaf pan and we greased it really good. Came out perfect! The boys ate the entire loaf before it could even cool! It’s that good.
