- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup cherry preserves (dark, or jam or jelly of your choice)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. dried chives
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (adjust to personal taste)
- 8 oz. water (more or less depending on desired consistency)
