Tasted good but consistency more like scrambled eggs than quiche. Used spinach, bacon and mushrooms.

Very good and my husband doesn’t like my quiches sometimes. He did say to cut peppers as thinne strips. Used 5% cream. Made as directed. Nice and fluffy, add mushrooms next time.

This quiche turned out wonderfully. Instead of using gruyere or swiss cheese, I used half a cup of each.

My first attempt at making quiche. Turned out perfect! I added Swiss cheese to the recipe. Will definitely make again. And it took about an hour to bake; not 20 or 30 minutes that the recipe advised.

Turned out great. Made two so I could freeze one but my teenage son ate nearly a whole one by himself.

Very good, in my rendition. Ham Swiss and asparagus with a blind baked and egg washed crust. The egg wash was completely worth the extra effort.

sooo good! it tastes like quiche you buy in a cafe. I've made it twice so far, two quiche at a time, and my husband can hardly stand to let the second be frozen as food prep! 😆 I used premade crust, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and bacon. And I used gruyere. Half a pound works for two quiches.
