This was great, hot too. Surprised the kids, next time we will remove the ribs and seeds from the pepper. We added rice & black beans on the side, also tried it with crunchy taco shells-Yum

It turned out delicious!! I increased the portion of ingredients and added more tomatoes. Def yummy!
