Just made these. These were very easy to assemble and took 30 minutes total (and that includes cooking time). They came out fluffy, moist and they remind me of Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits. I suspect I could bring these to a potluck and nobody would suspect I used almond flour. This will be a permanent part of our diet.
