My family absolutely LOVES this recipe! It’s delicious! It’s in our regular rotation of favorite family meals. I usually double the recipe so we have leftovers. I also go a bit generous on the seasonings. Sometimes I add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Really good! Excellent flavor, however I erred when cutting the beef and ended up cutting with the grain, rather than against it. I also might add a touch of starch to thicken up the sauce.
