Perfect recipe. Have made it a couple of times now on request with only a few additions. Boiled the diced potatoes for 12 mins, used red onion and added finely diced shallots, sweet spiced gherkins and chives.

This is now my go to recipe! So many have boiled eggs in them which I don't like. This recipe halves easily for a smaller batch. Great way of using up a mixture of herbs from the garden too.
