I replaced the oats with protein powder, the maple syrup with stevia, and added MCT oil.

I try to avoid adding honey or maple syrup to smoothies whenever possible but this one was bland so I tried adding a date which helped but then also added a little maple syrup. Suggest tasting before you sweeten. Didn’t have beet to add. Think it’s worth making again.
