- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated fresh)

Directions
- Combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar (or honey), ginger, garlic, cornstarch and sliced beef in a plastic bag and marinate overnight.
- Preheat grill to high and put meat on skewers. Grill for 4-5 minutes.
