it was so delicious.im making it again today matter of fact!

Given previous reviews, I decided to add a pkg of enchilada seasoning, and I can't imagine what the outcome would be otherwise. Next time I think I'll use taco seasoning just because.

Not a great dip! Used 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef, should have cut back on the enchilada sauce some. Mixed half of the cheese in the mixture, placed mixture in a baking dish, toped with the remaining cheese, and baked for a bit. Was expecting more flavor, but is kind of flat.

Wonderful! I made homemade sauce.

Turned out great, and we served with Fritos and that seemed to work better. One tip... homemade enchilada sauce goes a long way!

Scoops... Yum!

A little cumin and enchilada seasoning gave it more flavor.

Ok. Used a bit odd garlic salt instead of fresh garlic. Didn't want it to be too strong

Add some mild green chiles to cooked ground beef, that kicks it up a bit, but doesn't make it too spicy! I agree with another reviewer in it does matter which enchilada sauce you use. Adding cilantro at the end gives it great flavor as well (if you like cilantro). Super easy, good dip!

House full of toddlers thought it was delish! I read that it was a little bland so I added taco seasoning to the ground beef, it had lots of flavor.

I feel like this recipe was missing something in terms of flavor. I added hot sauce, and it helped but still felt off. I’ll be making this again and tweaking it because it’s a great and super easy base recipe!

It was good, but I think it would have been better with some pepper jack. A wee bit too bland for me.

Oh, ma werd! Sooo easy to make and so yumly! I used my electric, 11-inch, Presto skillet. I browned the beef on 350°, then turned of down to 300° for the rest the cooking. After putting the cheese on (and I did use 3 cups instead of 2) I turned it down to beyween Warm and 200°.
Big hit w/the whole family! we just ate it right out of the skillet!

Very easy and fast to make 👍 I added jalapeno to make it spicy

Pretty bland IMO, needed some cumin and chili powder. I halved the recipe, so maybe that affected the flavor

We substituted the ground beef for shredded chicken, and put the sour cream on the side but it still came out delicious (although a bit soupy). We used it as a dip but also put some in soft yellow corn tortillas and ate it like tacos. Would make again.
