Everyone loved it! I had a lot of leftover taco seasoned ground beef from dinner the night before so I doubled this recipe. Also used green enchilada sauce. Mixed everything together in a bowl and layered it with the tortilla strips and cheese into a 9x13 glass dish. Baked then served with sour cream and green onions.
Will make again. But, next time I will just mix everything together and dump it in a casserole dish so the strips soak up more sauce.

Used ground Turkey. Quick and easy. Good but not a favorite.

Yummy. Used whole wheat tortillas and had to make my own taco seasoning and enchilada sauce. Topped it with lettuce, lime, sour cream and scallions. Will make again! Really tasty.

This was really nice. Doubled recipe but didn’t have enough corn tortillas so I added a bag of corn chips to meal.

I added green red and yellow peppers, onions, rice, black beans and corn - I used green enchilada sauce - topped with sour cream and pico - it was great and very filling! Served with quacamole and tortilla chips

Was okay - won’t make again - no texture & really bland.

We loved this! I did dip each tortilla in enchilada sauce as well.

Turned out pretty good! I personally didn’t like the flavor of the taco seasoning and ended up seasoning it with my own seasoning.

Great! My boyfriend loved it, we made guacamole on the side.

Husband enjoyed it, but I felt as if I were eating uncooked tortillas because they had sauce. I will try cooking it longer next time.

It was delicious. I added diced black olives and onions to the meat, a bit more cheese and sauce. It was yummy. Delicious, easy and froze the leftovers!

This was amazing. I doubled the recipe except that I add a small can of tomato sauce instead of two cans of enchilada sauce

Absolutely amazing! I loved how simple and easy it was to make, and the fact that it tasted just as good if not better than everyone said it would.

Making enchiladas is takes me a long time so I decided to give this recipe a try today and the family loved it. I did add onions, Mexican oregano, and cream of mushroom to the meat and sauce. Will be adding it to my favorites list. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Quite good. We also doubled the recipe and put in a 9x13. It definitely needs the pan to be treated, as it will stick. We also added sauteed onions and garlic with some peppers. Quite good.

Excellent! Fast and easy. I doubled the recipe and put it in a 9x13. The only changes I made from the recipe were to spray a little Pam on the bottom of casserole, and I added chopped onion to the ground beef. I baked it for 20-25 minutes. Served with Spanish Rice, black beans, and tortilla chips. Family loved it!

Good. 3 out of our 4 family members liked it. It stuck to the bottom a little

I used ground turkey instead of beef, but the recipe turned out the same. Delicious. Has become an easy option for weekly meals.
