- 1 Tbsp. extra light olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp. malt syrup (rice, honey or sugar if you are not sugar free)
- chow mein
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup water (or stock)
- 140 grams noodles (crispy)
- 4 cups vegetables (chopped, I use cabbage, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower but feel free to use what you like and what you have available)
- 2 spring onions (finely sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 white onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour
- 2 Tbsp. water
