Best tasting homemade crust I’ve ever made.

It turned out great! I did not, however, follow the instructions completely. Variations:
1: used coconut oil in place of olive oil (ran out last week)
2: After forming the dough into a ball, I let it rest under some plastic wrap for only about 25 min (while I prepped the toppings)
The crust came out nice and light, toasted on the bottom and very tasty.
This will be my go-to from now on.
