- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cups cabbage (finely shredded)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sugar (mascabado, may substitute dark brown sugar)
- salt and ground black pepper
- 5 pork chops
- 4 rolls (soft bread)

Directions
- Make the sauce by combining the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper. Set aside.
- Make the salad by mixing the cabbage, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper together.
- Grill the pork chops until well cooked. Cut into strips and set aside.
- Cut the rolls in half, spread with barbeque sauce and place pork strips and coleslaw on top.
